Paralegal apprenticeship

Aconveyancing Limited have a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal apprentice to join their team in Tamworth. You'll work closely with the team to learn the process of residential conveyancing and support a property lawyer. You'll develop skills to undertake the administrative elements of each stage whilst working towards a paralegal qualification.

Description

As an apprentice your role is to undertake tasks associated to the legal process of selling, purchasing and remortgaging property. You'll provide support to property lawyers within the firm. During the apprenticeship you'll become a confident paralegal able to carry out both administrative and technical tasks required to progress a sale or purchase transaction through to completion.

Main responsibilities include:

• general office administration duties;
• corresponding my phone, letter and email;
• drafting documents;
• reporting on advising on legal aspects of a conveyancing transaction;
• have a clear understanding of the role of the Land Registry and other third parties including other law firms and mortgage lenders; and
• able to provide clear and accurate advice based on the english legal system.

Upon completion of three months probation the apprentice will benefit from the firm’s benefit scheme, which includes:
