Haynes Boone will recruit and develop trainee solicitors with the aim of retaining them on qualification.

We will provide three permanent full-time contracts to commence September 2026.

Each contract will comprise four seats of six months' duration each. Trainees in those seats will work with different teams across the range of the firm's practice areas within the relevant group during each seat. Practical training will be given with plenty of support and feedback. You will be closely supervised and mentored by the training principal, and a partner mentor. The firm offers a competitive salary. First-year remuneration is £46,000 increasing to £50,000 in the second year.

Haynes Boone has introduced the SQE route to qualification. This route will require the successful trainees joining us to have studied for and passed the SQE before commencing their two years' full-time qualifying work experience with us. The firm has exclusively partnered with The University of Law for SQE preparation.  

All successful candidates are expected to study the SQE in London (unless special circumstances apply which will be at the firm's discretion).
