International firm Kennedys has revealed the location of its new, upgraded office as part of the firm’s hybrid working plan.
The firm signed a 10-year lease on 50,000 square feet in the Fenchurch Building – more famously known as the Walkie-Talkie due to its iconic structure – as figures indicate that London office investment is returning to pre-pandemic levels.
Kennedys’ employees were granted the right to “work from anywhere at any time” following the introduction of the firm’s hybrid working model earlier this year. The leading dispute resolution firm has “spent the past six months speaking to people at all levels of the business to find out what was most important to them, and it is that feedback which will help shape our future workspace”, according to Suzanne Liversidge, the global managing partner.
To maintain close contact with clients and contacts the firm was very keen to “remain in the heart of the London market”.
Kennedys has opened new offices in Leeds, Muscat, Perth, San Francisco and Tel Aviv, as it continued to grow throughout the pandemic, taking the total office number worldwide to 43.
