Masterclass | Real estate with Trowers & Hamlins
In this masterclass run by Trowers & Hamlins LLP, the firm will discuss real estate law, including who key clients are, the types of project real estate lawyers handle and what a typical day in the life of a real estate lawyer at Trowers looks like. We’ll hear from Jessica Arczynski, a senior associate at the firm, who specialises in all aspects of public sector and affordable housing, as well as a few of her colleagues from the other parts of the practice, such as commercial property and planning. They’ll talk us through the practical side of real estate law by discussing how a range of legal issues would be dealt with by the various teams in the real estate department in respect of a fictional site.
